We now ask you to provide an overview of your career path from July 2008 to December 2012 using the following schema. 
Instruction:
Please state all of your occupations until now - e.g. course of study, vocational training, employment, but also internship, domestic work, child rearing, unemployment - with their start and end dates. Enter the occupations in the corresponding colums and mark the "crosses". Alsways use a new row if there has been a change of occupation - e.g. change of subject or university. It's important for us that you do not leave any time gaps. If there is time overlap of important occupations, enter each in its own row.
