Please read through the procedure description and let us know your assessment of it. Procedure A: "pure lottery": All formally correct applications go into a lottery (without peer review). Procedure B: "Two-stage lottery": All formally correct applications are assessed. All eligible applications go into a lottery. Procedure C: "Three-stage lottery": All formally correct applications are assessed. The 20% best are directly funded. All other eligible ones go into a lottery. 
Introduction:
In addition to a "pure lottery", other procedures are also being discussed as a replacement for the existing system of peer review.
