Croatia 

The EUROGRADUATE target group includes all graduates with a degree at ISCED level 6 (Bachelor) or 7 (Master) from the academic years 2016/17 or 2020/21 regardless of their study status (part-time or full-time) and including international and mobile graduates. Excluded are graduates of purely employer-led universities (e.g. military academies). Countries could include ISCED 5 degrees (short cycle higher education) if the programmes are offered by higher education institutions that also offer ISCED 6 or higher. Countries could include doctoral students (ISCED 8), but these are not part of the international EUROGRADUATE data. The definition of the academic year may vary from country to country.
