Individuals at universities responsible for the operational implementation and specific measures to promote young researchers and/or internationalisation tasks, who can assess the topic based on their operational activities at the university. The participants included staff, some in leadership roles, from the International Offices, central university administration (Departments of Personnel and Law, Organizational and Personnel Development, University Development), graduate organizations, and language centers. Additionally, individuals associated with appointment management and the university leadership team. Representatives from departments/faculties (internationalization coordination, faculty management, management of an internationally oriented, interdisciplinary university center) also participated in the group discussions.
