Expert interviews with international academics 

International postdocs at German universities who have been in this position for an extended period (at least two to three years) and aim to pursue a professorship (also) at a German university, as well as newly appointed international professors at German universities who previously served as international postdocs at a German university.

This dataset from the qualitative sub-study of InWiDeHo contains twelve guideline-based expert interviews with international postdocs and nine guideline-based expert interviews with newly appointed professors.
