Data Package Description

The data package consists of transcripts of Theological Conversations carried out classrooms, which were collected as part of the two large-scale projects of the Kassel teacher training program 'PRONET' (PROfessionalization through NETworking) and 'PRONET²', integrated into the "Quality Offensive Teacher Education", which is funded by the federal and state governments with funds from the Federal Ministry of Education and Research. Within the two large-scale projects, the research data presented was collected more concrete within the framework of the sub study “Professionalization in Theological Conversations as the Basis for Cross-Phase Networking in Teacher Education” - the title of the first project within the PRONET framework - and “Networking of subject-specific science and subject-specific didactics in the Professionalization in Theological Discussions “- the title in the second project phase of PRONET. In Theological Conversations, the pupils and the teacher get into conversation about large and often existentially significant theological questions (Freudenberger-Lötz, 2007). The presented research data was qualitatively-empirically collected and consists of transcripts of Theological Conversations, which were led by students: integrated into two Kassel research workshops (Freudenberger-Lötz, 2013) and a research seminar, students led Theological Conversations about different theological content with pupils in different grades.
